Luxury Cabin with Private Elk River Access, Hot Tub & Unique Bunk Room

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

• Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

• Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, the Wine & Cigar Bar, or The River Club Lodge. These areas require a membership and are not available for guests.
• This property has one exterior doorbell style security camera monitoring the main entryway only. No other cameras are present at the property.

Policies and Rules

• No smoking inside the home or outside. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
• Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
• All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
• The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
• Fishing in the Elk River is catch and release only using artificial bait with barbless hooks. All anglers must have a valid NC fishing license on their person anytime they are fishing.
• Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
• Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
• Pets: This home allows dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
• Minimum age to rent: 25 years.
• Children allowed.
• No events allowed.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm, Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. All visitors at the winery must be 16 years or older.

Fees and Payments

• Firewood may be added by reaching out to the host more than a week in advance. Two wrapped bundles and a firestarter are provided for $25/night.
• All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee.
• This home allows dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus taxes.
• Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.

• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy

• Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
• Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
• All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking and Vehicle Requirements

• Roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months.
• Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.
• No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• EV charging station available.

Utilities and Amenities Access

• All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
• "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one night, or maybe two.
• Hair dryers are not provided.
• Towels and linens are provided.

• Guests will enjoy access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest as well as the River Club amenities.
